1.  You must have a valid passport.  If you have not yet applied for your passport or it has expired, please fill out the necessary paperwork and submit it overnight mail to your local Passport Agency.  Blank applications are generally available at a federal post office.  Check your telephone directory under Government Offices - Unites States Postal Service, Passport Information.   Visas will be handled by Nawas Tours at the airport in Cairo for a fee of $25.00, not included in the general tour price ( per Tour Cost agreement).

 
2.  Have you submitted your payment in full?  ( checks only -- made payable to Nawas Tours, Inc. ).   All monies were due and payable as of Jan 2nd, 2003. 

 
3.  Luggage Requirements:

Air France Participants  Checked luggage is limited to two pieces and cannot exceed 70 pounds each.  The first piece of luggage must not exceed the dimensional sum of 62 linear inches (length + height + width) and the second piece must not exceed 55 inches.  A single carry on piece of luggage must fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment and must not exceed the dimensional sum of 45 linear inches (wheels and handles included) and the weight of 26 pounds.  Do not pack medication, your passport or other important documents, valuable items or cash in your checked baggage.  Remove all old destination labels from previous trips.  Label each bag on the inside and outside with your name, address and destination city.
